Jasmine Malhotra

Remember the ribbon Co-Chair

Hello! My name is Jasmine Malhotra and I'm an incoming P2 student! I was born and raised in Houston and got my bachelors in Nutrition at Texas A&M University! In my free time I enjoy reading, walking at the park, and playing with my dog (hmu for photos). I'm so excited to join SNPhA and to continue to bring awareness to HIV/AIDS while helping the underserved populations around the city.

Fun Fact: I can break an apple in half with my hands

Why did you choose SNPhA?

I chose SNPhA because I love their mission statement. I have seen the impact that SNPhA has on the community and I wanted to be apart of that.

Victoria Briggs

Remember the ribbon Co-Chair

Hi! My name is Victoria Briggs and I am a P2 student at the UHCOP and am one of the Remember the Ribbon co-chairs. I graduated from Trinity University where I majored in Chemistry and minored in Spanish. I love my cat Itachi so much and I enjoy going to the gym, listening to music and writing in my free time. I joined SNPhA because serving the underserved has always been a mission of mine. Not only that but this organization allows for a unique way to give back to the community because of the passion of everyone in this organization. This year the goals of Remember the Ribbon are to continue giving back to those affected by HIV/AIDs, to raise awareness and decrease the stigma surrounding this disease. We look forward to serving as the Remember the Ribbon initiative co-chairs and are excited for what the upcoming year brings!

Fun fact: I have a black belt in Karate.
